BTF3035EJXUMA1 is a smart high-side power switch, that provides protection functions and diagnosis. This device is integrated in SMART7 technology. It is suitable for resistive, inductive and capacitive loads, replaces electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits, driving capability suitable for 3A loads and high inrush current loads such as P21W lamps or equivalent electronic loads (e.g. LED modules), applications with extended or/and high-temperature mission profiles, suitable for powertrain systems such as transmission applications.

• High-side switch with diagnosis and embedded protection
• Reverse ON for low power dissipation in reverse polarity
• Switch ON capability while inverse current condition (InverseON)
• Absolute and dynamic temperature limitation with controlled restart
• Overcurrent protection (tripping) with intelligent restart control
• Undervoltage shutdown, overvoltage protection with external components
• Proportional load current sense, open load in ON and OFF state
• Short circuit to ground and battery, AEC-Q100 grade 0 qualified
• Operating current in standby mode is 1.2mA typ at (VS = 18V, IN = “low”, DEN = “high”)
• Junction temperature range from -40°C to 175°C, PG-TSDSO-14 package
