LT1819CMS8#PBF

LT1819 is a dual wide bandwidth, high slew rate, low noise and distortion operational amplifier with excellent DC performance. The LT1819 has designed for wider bandwidth and slew rate, much lower input offset voltage and lower noise and distortion than devices with comparable supply current. The circuit topology is a voltage feedback amplifier with the excellent slewing characteristics of a current feedback amplifier. Typical applications include wideband amplifiers, buffers, active filters, video and RF amplification, communication receivers, cable drivers and data acquisition systems.

• Specified at ±5V, single 5V supplies
• Unity-gain stable
• Gain-bandwidth product: 400MHz at f = 4MHz, RL = 500 ohm
• Slew rate: 2500V/μs typ at AV = 1
• Supply current per amplifier: 10mA max
• 1.5mV max input offset voltage, 800nA max input offset current and ±8μA max input bias current
• 6nV/√Hz typ input noise voltage density and 1.2pA/√Hz input noise current density at f = 10KHz
• 85dB typ CMRR at VCM = ±3.5V and 97dB typ PSRR at VS = ±2V to ±5.5V
• 8 lead MSOP package
• Operating temperature range from 0 to 70°C
