Преглед на продукта
The MAX4429CPA+ is a high speed inverting single MOSFET driver in 8 pin DIP package. This driver is designed to translate TTL/CMOS inputs to high voltage/high current outputs. The low 1.5ohm output impedance and 6A peak output current allows MAX4429 to rapidly switch high capacitance power MOSFET and improves efficiency. A 40ns delay time and 25ns rise or fall time (while driving 2500pF at 18V) minimize power losses during MOSFET switching transition. The device interfaces easily with either CMOS or bipolar switch mode controllers because their logic inputs draw under 10μA. The outputs swing to within 25mV of ground or 4.5V to 18V power supply rail. Power supply quiescent current is typically 4.5μA and 450μA for logic input low and high respectively.
- Supply voltage range from 4.5V to 18V
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
- TTL and CMOS compatible
- Power supply current of 0.45mA at TA = +25°C, VIN = 3V
- Charge-Pump Voltage Inverters; DC-DC Converters; Motor Controllers; Pin-Diode Drivers; Switching Power Supplies
