MAX4888ETI+

The MAX4888ETI+ is a 2.5Gbps PCI Express passive switch in 28 pin TQFN package. This high speed passive switch routes PCI Express (PCIe) data between two possible destinations. The MAX4888 is a quad single pole/double throw (4 x SPDT) switch and it is ideally suited for switching two half lanes of PCIe data between two destinations. The device has single digital control input (SEL) to switch signal paths. It is fully specified to operate from single 3V to 3.6V power supply and also operates down to 1.65V.

• Off isolation of -26dB at f = 1.25GHz and crosstalk of -32dB at f = 1.25GHz
• On-resistance is 7ohm and on-resistance match between pairs of same channel is 0.1ohm
• On-resistance match between channels is 0.6ohm and on-resistance flatness is 0.06ohm
• Propagation delay is 50ps (RS = RL = 50 ohm, unbalanced)
