LS14500. is a 3.6V non-rechargeable, primary lithium-thionyl chloride (Li-SOCl2) battery, designed specifically for electronic applications where long operational life, storage life, and reliability in a small space are the main design criteria. Although designed for low and medium current drain applications, it may be used at higher discharge and pulse currents. It is compliant with IEC 60086-4 safety standard and IEC 60079-11 intrinsic safety standard (class T3 assignment). Main applications include utility metering, automatic meter reading, alarms and security devices, tollgate systems, memory back-up, tracking systems, automotive electronics, professional electronics.
