USB-TEMP is a temperature measurement DAQ device (thermocouple, RTD, thermistor, and semiconductor sensor). It features eight, 24-bit analogue inputs for precise thermocouple measurements, 2 S/s/ch sample rate, and 8 digital I/O that supports thermocouple, RTD, thermistor, and semiconductor sensor types. Software support includes DAQami, an out-of-the-box application for data logging, visualization, and signal generation. Data can be viewed in real-time or post-acquisition on user-configurable displays. Drivers are included for the most popular applications and programming languages including Visual C++®, Visual C#®, Visual Basic®.NET, DASYLab®, LabVIEW™, MATLAB®, Linux®, and Python™.
- Measures thermocouple – types J, K, R, S, T, N, E, and B
- Resistance temperature detectors (RTDs) – 2, 3, or 4-wire measurements of 100 ohm platinum RTDs
- Thermistors – 2, 3, or 4-wire measurements
- USB 2.0 full-speed, temperature measurement module
- 24-bit ADC for each pair of differential analogue input channels
- Two integrated cold junction compensation (CJC) sensors for thermocouple measurements
- Built-in current excitation sources for resistive sensor measurements
- Open thermocouple detection
- Standalone plug-and-play module which draws power from the USB cable
- Fully software calibrated
